I make gelato because I enjoy full flavored desert. I generally make 2 pints a week which I am willing to sell on a first come basis. I request that you give honest, critical feedback on your opinion regarding the flavor, consistency, texture and any other aspect of the gelato you noticed, good or bad.
I'm always experimenting. I will announce my latest flavor after I create it and taste test it. (Sometimes my experiments go wrong.) If you have a particular request let me know.
